Getting Started

This guide will walk you through the first steps to get ViveReports up and running.

1. Installation

First, you need to install the ViveReports add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

• Go to the Marketplace: [Install ViveReports](https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/vivereports_track_video_performance/102 (opens in a new tab) ViveReports)
• Click "Install" and grant the necessary permissions.

2. Open the Add-on

Once installed, open any Google Sheet.

• Navigate to Extensions > ViveReports: Track Video Performance > Open App.
• This will open the main dashboard in the sidebar.

3. Connect Your YouTube Account

• Click the "Connect New YouTube Account" button.
• Follow the prompts to sign in with your Google account and authorize access to your YouTube data.

4. Add Channels and Refresh Data

• Once authenticated, you can add the YouTube channels you want to track.
• Click "Refresh Data Now" to pull your first report.
