Is ViveReports free? ViveReports has a free tier with basic features and a premium subscription that unlocks advanced capabilities like automated data refresh and competitor tracking.

Is my data secure? Yes. ViveReports uses Google's secure OAuth2 protocol for authentication and only requests read-only access to your YouTube data. We never see or store your password. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

How accurate is the data? The data comes directly from the official YouTube Analytics API, so it is as accurate as the data you see in your YouTube Studio dashboard.

Usage

How often does the data refresh? On the free plan, you can refresh your data manually at any time. Premium users can set up an automatic daily refresh.

Can I track channels I don't own? Yes, you can use the "Competitor Tracking" feature to monitor the public statistics of any YouTube channel. You can only access detailed private analytics (like revenue and audience retention) for channels you have authenticated.

Does this work on both Mac and Windows? Yes. Since ViveReports is a Google Sheets add-on, it works in any web browser on any operating system.

Troubleshooting

The add-on is not loading. What should I do?

1. Try refreshing the Google Sheet.
2. Make sure you are logged into the correct Google account.
3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
4. If the problem persists, please contact support.

I'm getting an error when trying to refresh data. This can happen for a few reasons:

• Your authentication may have expired. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account in the Settings tab.
• The YouTube API might be temporarily unavailable. Try again in a few minutes.
• You may have exceeded your API quota. This is rare for normal usage.
